A deposit of 25% of the price of your total stay is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit must be made within 4 calendar days upon the receipt of the reservation form or availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment in full, along with a passport or ID must be presented upon your arrival.

- Your studio will be cleaned before your arrival and stocked with fresh towels and linen. Towels and linen will be changed every 3 days

. Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed inside the studio, only on the balcony and in the garden

Check in - 14:00 until 23:00

Check out - Until 10:00

. Requests received 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus banking charges. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival will not be refunded. In case of a ‘No-Show”, the deposit will not be refunded.

A minimum charge of one nights stay plus 50% of the amount of each remaining unused day will be charged.
